These Terms govern your use of the JOISTR store and purchases from JOISTR.STORE. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Store use

You must use the store lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or other customers. Product information, images, branding and site content are owned by or licensed to JOISTR and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Orders and pricing

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, including where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not available, fraud is suspected or an obvious pricing error occurred. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched, unless local law requires an earlier point of acceptance.

Prices and currency are displayed according to your Shopify Markets location and checkout settings. Taxes, shipping and any applicable duties are shown before payment where supported. Promotions may have stated eligibility, dates and limits.

Product information

We aim to describe and photograph JOISTR accurately. Minor colour, texture or finish differences may occur due to manufacturing and screen settings. Each set contains the components stated on the product page.

Product use and safety

JOISTR is a kneeling and crawling aid with a long high-density-foam body and internal support rods. It is not a medical device, structural support, a load-bearing bridge or fall protection. Do not use it to span unsupported gaps. Use only on suitable supported working surfaces, inspect the product before use, adjust both straps securely, and follow the instructions, site rules, risk controls and local regulations relevant to your work.

Stop using the product if it is damaged, excessively worn or no longer fits securely. No product eliminates jobsite risk.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.

Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOISTR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, unsafe work practices or use contrary to instructions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. The Terms in effect when your order was placed will govern that order, subject to mandatory law.
